Quick Pickled Red Onions

Who doesn’t love adding tasty accoutrements to their salads, burgers, taco’s etc…
Prep Time 20 minutes
Cook Time 4 hours

Equipment

  • Cutting Board
  • Mason Jar
  • Knife

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Red Onions
  • 1/2 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Cane Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Place very thinly sliced onions in a jar and add the red wine vinegar, water, salt, and sugar until the onions are fully covered. Place lid on Jar. 
  • Shake a few times until the salt and sugar dissolve.
  • Let it sit for 2-3hours in the refrigerator.
  • Enjoy!
