Quick Pickled Red Onions
Who doesn’t love adding tasty accoutrements to their salads, burgers, taco’s etc…

- 2 Red Onions
- 1/2 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Cane Sugar
Place very thinly sliced onions in a jar and add the red wine vinegar, water, salt, and sugar until the onions are fully covered. Place lid on Jar.
Shake a few times until the salt and sugar dissolve.
Let it sit for 2-3hours in the refrigerator.
