Method
- Use a clean stainless steel insert of the instant pot & clean sealing ring.
- Pour the gallon of milk into the silver liner and whisk in the whole milk/full fast greek yogurt really well.
- Place the lid on the instant pot and press the sousvide button— set timer to 24hrs & temp to 110 degrees F(43.3 degrees C) or press the yogurt button twice and set the time to 24hrs.
- When the time is up, remove the lid, give it a nice stir, then transfer to greek yogurt strainers and let it sit for about 24hrs to set and have the whey separated.
