
The Do Nothing Recipe
I recently tried this 24hrs Raw Greek Yogurt recipe and it is so simple and fantastic.
You can literally throw everything in the instant pot and just let it do its thing for 24hrs and you are free to go about your day working on other projects, playing with the kids, gardening, cookings, baking, working etc..

A Few Tips I have found:
** I like to have all the items we are needing out so I can explain to the girls what we are doing and our oldest always like to see everything, so when she says “can you show me Mama?” I can say right away “of course honey”.
**I have found that our family actually likes the texture of a 30hr process, can still do in the instant pot on the yogurt setting**

Do Nothing Raw Milk Greek Yogurt
Equipment
- Instant Pot
- Thermometer
- Yogurt Strainer
Ingredients
- 1 Gal Milk Raw
- 1 Cup Whole Milk Greek Yogurt Full Fat with Live Cultures
Instructions
- Use a clean stainless steel insert of the instant pot & clean sealing ring.
- Pour the gallon of milk into the silver liner and whisk in the whole milk/full fast greek yogurt really well.
- Place the lid on the instant pot and press the sousvide button— set timer to 24hrs & temp to 110 degrees F(43.3 degrees C) or press the yogurt button twice and set the time to 24hrs.
- When the time is up, remove the lid, give it a nice stir, then transfer to greek yogurt strainers and let it sit for about 24hrs to set and have the whey separated.
