Welcome to The Cottage at Holy Honey Ranch
This is a place where I can share our family passions from healthy cooking, delicious baking, homemade projects, gardening (learning to grow our own food), our honey bees and all the fun things we endeavor on all the while creating a Simple Homemade Lifestyle.

My amazing husband Gordy and I are working to make our dreams come true (which have changed drastically over the past couple of years). We have 3 stunning wild little ladies- Sofie, Goldie, Naomi and we have a little boy coming spring 2025! For years our dream was to move every couple of years to experience new places.
But once we had our oldest (Sofie) our dreams changed to settle, have land and build something that will last and create memories for our family.
My whole life I have always loved to cook, bake, garden etc. Some of the best memories I have are with my mom or grandma in the kitchen cooking up something to share with our family. All of this came to the forefront of my life again a few years ago.
Which leads us to where I am now in our “waiting room/class room” phase until we find our place to settle!

About Me
I’m from a very small town in Northern California, and a simple country girl at heart. After college I moved to Seattle, WA for a job, I was only planning on staying for 3 years…but then… I met Gordy! We ended up staying for 8 years. After a few pit stops we made it back to his hometown of Eugene, Oregon which is where we call home.
I grew up on a modest amount of land with beautiful gardens, animals we raised while participating in our local 4-H program, riding our horses and collecting eggs everyday from our chickens!
I thoroughly loved my childhood living on our property in our Lemon Lime house (as I once called it in a poem for school), near the beautiful Rollins Lake- where we would go boating everyday during the hot summer days! Oh the memories!
We are a very health conscious family, from keeping active (Gordy is a Personal Trainer), healthy recipes, and constantly experimenting with how to make mouthwatering baked treats with healthy alternatives.
You can find me always trying something new and expanding our traditional skill set.
I strive to utilize all the natural remedies we can, eat whole nutritious foods, and teach our girls as we grow in the “waiting room/ class room”!
I absolutely love homemade things from sewing, crafts, baking, food, painting, gardening… you name it and I’m sure I’m curious to know more a “Forever Learner”, I guess you could say!
I am excited to share our Simple Homemade Lifestyle!
